Hey Vic, I had my daughter with me at the meeting so it is possible that clean up dates were discussed but I really don't think so. Glad to see this board is getting used. Perhaps this is a start?

I got info from the Blair house that the clean up dates are Oct. 11, 18 and 25th. I was also informed about a discussion to go south for our next meeting. Sounds good to me. I did try the link to it but it told me it was not avalible. What town is it close to?

Hey Vic, I am going to create a new post with clean up dates. Thanks for providing them. The website for Kansas Rocks ORV is www.ksrockspark.com and I was just there so it should work. It is 8 miles outside of Fort Scott, KS. It takes me about 2 hours and 20 minutes from Topeka. Which meeting were you hearing was going to be held there? I thought it was the November meeting. Let me know because I need to update the website. Thanks, Greg

You know, this is actually kind of cool. It's like we have a whole big web site just for the 3 of us. Kind of funny, and yet sad at the same time. The meeting at ksrockpark is going to be in November (the meeting is NOT the Briggs jamboree weekend). We're working on getting a trailer of some sort to tow our Jeep out that far. Anyone know of someone with a car hauling type of trailer? We checked with U-haul about renting a tow dolly for the weekend, but they can't guarantee anything till 1 week before we'll need it.

I was unable to make it to the clean up at ORV Saturday but Colleen went up. Butcher, Bob Blair and Tom Corbert and her were the only ones that showed up. Not sure how we will be able to cover the Briggs event if we can't get more people involved. I have spoken with about four Jeep owners from the Wichita area and one from Independence, Mo about the Club and they have shown some interest and might be at the next meeting or the Briggs Jamboree. We need to make an effort to get something set up to take on members at Briggs Jamboree. What do you think. Also about the web site, Greg if you are at the next meeting you might want to concider going over it and explaining the the others how to get on it and how to sign up for the board site. I know if I can figure it out anyone should but a little info might get it going. ;D

We found out about 2 weeks ago that we won't be at the Briggs jamboree. Chris has a football tournament that entire weekend in Hays. The plan is for our November meeting at ksrock park. More details at this weekends meeting. We already reserved a tow dolly (don't want to drive that far in the wrangler (plus thats why we bought our Grand Cherokee). U-haul wouldn't rent a car hauler unless we rent one of their trucks to pull it (ughhhh).

Good looking site Greg. How are things going at the Flatlanders? Too bad more people arn't useing the boards here. You guys did a great job at the Briggs event concidering. I have been contemplateing a complaint letter to Briggs about the event. But have been too lazy to No at all was geared to you guys. except maybe not sticking around for all the festivities at the dealership. When i got back to Blue no one was around so I took off, weather I was supposed to or not. Well I wish you guys a wonderful New Year and wish you growth and a safe wheeling year. Make sure to inform me with the 4X4 fest info so I can get it out to the trail Krawlers early. I am not sure if I will make it. I might go to Dighton for the SW4WDA quarterly. But if I don't go to that I will be there for the 4X4 fest. Take care. Mark Meier

Good looking site Greg...Mark Meier Thank you very much Mark! I have put as much time as I have available into it and would love some feedback. We left for the ORV to line up the trail guides. I guarantee we appreciate that feedback too. I look forward to our two groups doing many events together. Happy Holidays!

Yeah I knew what you guys were doing but if someone was in the lead that had no clue then thing could have been worse. But like I said you guys did an outstanding job with what Briggs gave you. I do know now that I have been on both side of the spectrum at a Briggs event I will not go back to another one. It is no fun working one and less paying to go. The whole thing is setup for the road ralley, which is fine but those participant get a lot more then the off road bunch. But like I said before this is no of your fault. Well being the Trail Krawlers VP this year I hope we can maybe do some joint runs or something. How did the KS rocks trip go? I want to get out to there but I need a tow rig before I could go that far. 6-8 mpg wouldn't cut it.
